22 year old artist and songwriter Colleen McKenna has captured the attention of both the Country and Christian Music Industries through her heartfelt musical storytelling. Originally hailing from Ohio, McKenna moved to Nashville at the age of 18, directly after graduating high school and began paving her way as a songwriter for other artists as well as developing her own unique sound. Her song “WWJD” was the first to find virality, uniting country music and Christian music lovers through a message of finding Jesus in simple, everyday moments. 

To Colleen, faith and regular everyday life aren’t separate worlds… each enhances the other. Her upcoming Single “Everything to Someone” is a perfect demonstration of this, highlighting how the little things in life, often overlooked, can mean everything to someone depending on  perspective. “Who says I can’t do both?” McKenna draws her inspiration from love, heartbreak, and contemplates the joys and hardships of walking with Christ. Her music is inviting to people of all different stories and backgrounds, yet also deeply personal as listeners can hear pieces of their individual stories in her songs. Since then, Colleen McKenna’s music has resonated on many levels: Releases such as “White Dress”, which navigates growing up and watching friends get engaged and married, and “Jesus Doesn’t Care” - painting the picture of a homeless man sitting on the cathedral steps. Each song is meant to meet the listener where they are, and help them feel seen - not only in their human experience, but seen by God as well.

Colleen McKenna has been blessed to travel all over the world, singing at Churches and Bars, Festivals and Fairs, Conferences and crowded streets alike. Her career has been marked by many collaborations including Hayden Daum, Matt Maher, Mexican Worship Band Kayros, Tristan Trincado,  and more. From the mountains of Colorado, to the crowded streets of Rome for the 2025 Jubilee of the Youth, to leading worship in Spanish in Mexico, and rocking the country music stage at the renowned VOA country music Festival in her hometown, Colleen McKenna’s life and artistry seek to be a bridge between peoples, musical genres and cultures.
